REFUND POLICY

https://www.prego.ie strives to provide the best possible service to its customers and has put the appropriate measures in place to ensure all its staff and suppliers are fully aware of and comply with the Consumer Protection Act. We are committed to operate our business in terms of the requirements of the Consumer Protection Act and our returns policy is aligned therewith.

Please note that as promotions are only available for limited periods, any changes to your order may mean the promotions are no longer available.

 

ACCEPTED REFUND CONDITIONS

  • If you wish to cancel your order you have to contact us as soon as possible before we start preparing your order.
  • It may take up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed, depending on your financial institution and the transaction type (ie Credit card, Paypal etc). 

NO REFUND CONDITIONS

  • Once your order has been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions, you assume full responsibility for the order.
  • No refund in the case we had started preparing your food.
  • We are not responsible for misdirected deliveries whereby you have supplied an incorrect, invalid or incomplete delivery address.
